Early Termination
If the tenant wishes to terminate the licence early, the tenant shall pay the rent until a replacement tenant is found and also bare the cost of the landlord re-letting fees in accordance with Key Property Consultants terms of business. Such fees shall not exceed the amount of the remaining rent of the licence.
